Terms of Service
Terms for using Thumbize, including paid plans, generated images, retention, and support.
Last updated: 2026-11-03
Acceptance and service scope
By accessing or using Thumbize (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service provides tools for Roblox game creators, including image sizing, thumbnail composition, and, when a feature is marked available, background generation. Features may be added, changed, paused, or removed. A feature is not promised merely because it appears in a roadmap, a disabled pricing card, or product documentation.
Roblox relationship and user content
The Service is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Roblox Corporation. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.
You must have the rights or permissions needed for images, text, usernames, prompts, and other material you submit or use. Do not use the Service to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or to create unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content.
We do not ask for, receive, or store Roblox passwords, cookies, session tokens, or account login credentials. Public avatar information may be requested from public platform endpoints only for the feature that needs it.
AI backgrounds and retention
Where an AI feature is available, AI is used for the background only. Avatar or character material is not intentionally sent to a third-party AI model for character generation. You remain responsible for reviewing every output before publishing or using it.
Source images, avatar-derived files, and finished images containing those materials may be retained for up to 24 hours for processing, download, abuse prevention, or support. They are not intended to become a character library. Temporary files may be removed earlier, and deletion can be delayed by backups or technical limits.
Free and paid plans
The Free plan includes a watermark, single-image use, and 720p output. Paid plan features, quotas, batch export, API access, and priority scheduling are available only when the relevant plan is marked available and the account has the required entitlement.
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions priced in USD and processed through Stripe. We do not accept, exchange, sell, buy, transfer, or redeem Robux, and we do not provide Robux payment or third-party Robux purchasing services. Stripe may offer eligible payment methods or wallets during Checkout; payment availability is controlled by Stripe and the merchant configuration.
A subscription renews monthly until canceled. Taxes, payment details, renewal timing, and any applicable checkout terms are shown by Stripe and at checkout. Do not rely on a client-side price, quota, or plan label; the server catalog controls what can be purchased.
Refunds and support
For a payment question, failed delivery, or refund request, sign in and submit a support ticket through the Service’s support area. Include the relevant order information, but never include a full card number, security code, password, or Roblox credential. Refund requests are reviewed under the circumstances of the transaction and applicable law; submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in information secure. Do not attempt to bypass plan gates, quotas, rate limits, access controls, payment checks, or webhook protections. Do not probe, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data.
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, unlawful use, infringement, security risk, non-payment, or material violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account assistance through a support ticket.
Minors
The Service does not make a representation that use by minors complies with every law or platform rule that may apply. If you are a minor, use the Service only with a parent or guardian’s involvement where required, and do not submit another person’s personal information without the required permission.
Intellectual property and output
The Service, its software, and its original interface are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms and any third-party rights in submitted material, you may use an output you are permitted to use. We do not grant rights to third-party trademarks, platform assets, fonts, stock material, or other content merely because an output contains or references them.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular ranking or click-through result, a particular AI result, or compatibility with every third-party platform or format. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms by changing the date above and, where appropriate, providing notice through the Service. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Contact and notices
For questions, notices, payment issues, or data requests, use the in-product support ticket area. We do not publish a made-up company name or email address on this page.
